Sales associate Harry Braun and his “exemplary customer service,” that is, according to one loyal customer at Fred Beans Ford of Doylestown. She took the time to drop Fred Beans an email to make sure that Harry’s dedication and professionalism don’t go unnoticed.
What customers seem to appreciate about Fred Beans personnel is that the size of the purchase – or cost of the project – doesn’t determine how well they treat the people that come through the door. We know that because they tell us so, again and again.
Fred Beans received a letter last week from a couple in New Jersey who have discovered the friendly and professional staff at the Flemington Toyota dealership. It was one of those missives that make the reader feel really great, so we want to share it with you.
Sometimes a minor issue can give you major headaches – and sometimes, it yields major kudos instead. Like everybody, we like it when the latter happens, as it did for one customer who wrote to us recently.
