The holiday lunches in December continued with Fred Beans employees from Ford Lincoln Mercury Mitsubishi, Fleet Sales and the Collision Center. Held at the Ford showroom, they all had a lot to celebrate.
The FLMM sales team honored Chris Burns as sales consultant of the year, while service gave its award to technician of the year Tom Hoffer.
Mitsubishi celebrated its “#1 in Customer Satisfaction” with a banner, now on display in the service write-up area.
Barbara Beans, manager of the Fleet Group, reminded the assembly that “Anything Fred Beans sells, we can sell.” Her department of five, which delivered more than 1600 fleet vehicles in 2010, is number one in the fleet business.
The Collision Center had a great year, according to manager Tony Garris, “with tremendous gains in efficiency and customer satisfaction.” The center also launched a successful reconditioning program for pre-owned vehicles that benefits used-car operations at the company’s local dealerships. Also at the Collision Center, the towing division reported adding its second Ford Transit Connect battery truck and noted that the AAA battery service has grown.
“How thankful I am to be here today,” noted Fred Beans in his address to the employees. “I’m so very proud of each of you.”
