Back in the fall of 2003 when Fred Beans launched its AutoRewards customer loyalty program, few people envisioned the massive successes we’d be celebrating ten years down the road.
But here we are in our tenth year, 134,000 members strong and counting, having saved AutoRewards members over $4.3 million on more than 21,000 vehicle purchases. We’ve provided thousands of free or discounted state inspections and oil changes while hosting hundreds of adults and kids at 8 family movie nights, a sporting event and more than two dozen other spectacular family activities including air shows, pumpkin festivals and nine years of photos with Santa.
Add to that the extra bonus savings our members have achieved in discounts and freebies over the years simply by showing their AutoRewards cards to our hundreds of merchant-partners.
“This program has been such an over-the-top success with our customers,” says Virginia Krause, business development manager and the person who arranges the members-only events and has helped implement features of the AutoRewards program as it has grown and evolved over the past decade.
“It’s been very exciting for me to watch it develop and to participate in the ball games, movie nights and other special activities. I’ve really enjoyed watching customers come full circle – accumulating points from their service visits and then coming in to buy that new car.”

On March 1, the Beans organization launched AutoRewards for customers of the new Fred Beans Toyota Scion and Kia of Flemington, New Jersey, taking the benefits of this money-saving customer-loyalty program across the river.
