Fred Beans Ford Lincoln of Doylestown, the flagship store of the Fred Beans Automotive Group, is among an elite group of Ford and Lincoln dealerships to be recognized with the 2012 President’s Award by Ford Motor Company. The prestigious award honors dealerships that have excelled in automotive retailing in 2012 by providing exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
“I’d like to congratulate general manager Tony Satterthwaite and his entire team at Fred Beans Ford in Doylestown – including our entire sales, service and parts departments as well as our Parts Warehouse and Collision Center,” says Fred Beans, president. “I can’t say enough to each and every one of these fine men and women for their dedication to the customer experience and to our company and its values.”
The President’s Award was established in 1998. It recognizes less than 10 percent of all Ford or Ford Lincoln dealers for the highest levels of customer satisfaction “through progressive management, dedicated employees and high standards of operational excellence.” The ratings are based on customers’ survey responses relating to their sales and service experience.

Fred Beans Ford of Doylestown last won this award in 1990, at which time it was known as the Chairman’s Award. There are currently 3,429 Ford and Ford Lincoln dealerships in the United States, three of them being part of the Fred Beans Automotive Group.
