From the Inbox: ‘Superlative service…with a smile’

George D. Morrison and Marian Whitlock of Lansdale own a 2010 Hyundai Elantra. Recently, George wanted to make sure that the Boss knew how highly he regarded the personnel he has dealt with most closely at the Beans organization, so he wrote Fred Beans a letter and told him.

“I thought it appropriate to write a long overdue letter regarding your organization, with special emphasis on two of my ‘stars’ that provide me with superlative service. That service always comes with a smile and high efficiency.”

George has relied on John Kudzmas for his service work and Scott Alabrodzinski for body work after an accident.

“As a practical matter, your entire organization does everything in a friendly and efficient manner. I have been around a long time and without question your organization is the best I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with for any and all of my automotive work.”
