Have you moved in the last few years? Did you scrap your former email address the last time you changed Internet service providers? Have you canceled your land line in favor of a cellular phone that’s not in our system?
Please let us know! It’s as easy as a phone call to the cashier at your Fred Beans dealership or just giving your service advisor the updated information next time you’re in for service.
Why is this so important?
Because six months before your Fred Beans AutoRewards points expire, we will contact you by snail mail, email and an automated phone call, but we can’t reach you if our information is out of date.
Remember, your AutoRewards points expire in five years, counted from the day you became a member with your current card. While your membership can be renewed, once your points expire, they are gone for good.
You’ve worked hard to build up your points, so don’t let them just disappear. If you aren’t in the market for a new or pre-owned car within your five-year window, you can transfer your points to a friend or family member. Just accompany the purchaser to a Fred Beans dealership and ask the sales consultant to walk you through the process.
And you’ll be set up with a new AutoRewards membership account when you do.
