Fred Beans Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep, Ram of Doylestown has earned its ninth Walter P. Chrysler Award, which is presented annually to a select number of dealerships exhibiting excellence in sales, service or parts volume and customer retention. This is the third straight win out of a total of nine overall wins for the dealership.
Jeff Reeb has served as general manager of Fred Beans Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep, Ram for the past five years and said the dealership’s success starts at the top with owner, Fred Beans. “There is nobody better than Fred in terms of the time and energy he puts into developing processes that work and training employees to implement them. The result is every customer gets the same great treatment.”
Reeb said that consistent commitment to excellence is reflected in high customer satisfaction index (CSI) scores for both sales and service teams as well as customer Google reviews. “We have more than 1,000 reviews on Google, and I am thrilled by the paragraphs people write about how well they have been treated here. They give our team members shoutouts in their reviews.”
Fred Beans Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep, Ram received this year’s Walter P. Chrysler Award for exceptional vehicle and parts sales. The dealership is second in the country for parts sales. That success, combined with vehicle sales and strong CSI scores, elevated the dealership to a highly selective group of 2023 Walter P. Chrysler Award honorees. Just 25 out of more than 2,600 of the manufacturer’s dealerships earned recognition.
