Doylestown, Pa. - Bucks County Towing, a division of the Fred Beans Automotive Group, has received its second award for excellence from AAA over just a three-year span. After earning the AAA Service Provider of Excellence Gold Award in 2024, Bucks County Towing earned the same Gold Award this year.
Towing Manager Anthony Camillo once again attended the AAA Automotive Conference, this year held in San Antonio, Texas, to accept the award on behalf of the entire Fred Beans organization. The award names Bucks County Towing as a top service provider on the East Coast.
“This award reflects our high standards, especially when it comes to our customers,” said Camillo. “We prioritize communication, aware that customers need to know that we received their request and when we anticipate sending a driver. This builds trust and gives them peace of mind so they can continue to feel good about leaning on us when they need towing assistance.”
Camillo thanked his coworkers, management team and members when accepting the award. As a manager who started as a tow truck driver and gained increased responsibilities over his 30-year career, he understands how important each role is in delivering reliable and exceptional customer service.
“We are so proud of our Anthony and the entire towing team for consistently meeting high standards of service,” said Beth Beans Gilbert, vice president of Fred Beans Automotive Group. “This award highlights the dedication and professionalism of each and every team member.”
Bucks County Towing assists Fred Beans customers across the automotive group’s CARSTAR Auto Body and Collision shops and dealership service centers in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania. In addition, Bucks County Towing answers independent and AAA calls in and around Bucks County.
