Fred Beans Volkswagen of Doylestown held a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Aug. 26 to officially open its dealership designed to enhance the sales and service experience.

The new location, next to the previous VW building, emphasizes innovation and a strong commitment to sustainability. The showroom reflects the evolution of VW vehicles. Standout features include a robust EV display area, fast Level 3 charging stations, an indoor location for delivering new vehicles, and indoor, climate-controlled vehicle service bays.

“This is the beginning of something special,” said Fred Beans Automotive Group vice president Beth Beans Gilbert. “This achievement reflects the hard work and dedication of our team, who we are so grateful for. As we move forward, we’re committed to keeping this momentum and elevating the Fred Beans name through continued innovation.”

Fred Beans Volkswagen of Doylestown has an energetic, knowledgeable team to meet all customer and vehicle needs. Staff members take pride in the dealership’s consistently high customer satisfaction data, including a 4.5-star rating on Google.

The Service Department is highly skilled, with three master certified technicians and certified battery replacement technicians among the team. Two service advisors can assist customers by reviewing service recommendations and offering plans to match specified timelines and budgets.

Car buyers can earn additional benefits through the dealership’s AutoRewards Club. Customers earn points that translate into dollars every time they visit and can receive other perks, including discounts at local merchants. AutoRewards members are treated to free first oil changes and state inspections, and a towing reimbursement to Fred Beans service centers.

“We want to be there for our customers every step of the way,” said Gilbert. “We say it time and time again, we aim to be there for them throughout the life of the vehicle and beyond. Our team is always knowledgeable and ready to help. I couldn’t be more excited for the opportunities this new building will bring, providing a level of support far beyond what we ever thought possible.”

The original Fred Beans VW building is set to be demolished the first week of September. The site will be redeveloped into an expanded lot to accomodate for the growing new and used VW inventory.
