Bucks County Towing, a division of the Fred Beans Automotive Group, has received top recognition from AAA for overall excellence in roadside assistance. Towing Manager Anthony Camillo recently accepted the Gold award on behalf of his team at a AAA national event. The award names Bucks County Towing as a top service provider on the East Coast.
“This award represents our commitment to customer satisfaction,” said Camillo. “Our priority is communication; we aim to keep customers informed, letting them know first that we received their request for help and then to provide updates about our estimated response time.”
Camillo said he and his team also aim for quick response times, especially for drivers who are on the roadway. “We don’t like to see anyone stuck on the side of the road,” he emphasized.
Camillo has assumed increased responsibility over his 29-year career with Beans and continues to drive a tow truck in addition to serving as manager. He said his high energy means he is ready to answer a call at any time of day or night.
“As a manager, I approach this business with the same dedication and commitment as if it were my own,” he added. “I take pride in overseeing operations, ensuring efficiency and driving success every day.”
The entire Bucks County Towing team recently celebrated the win at an Oct. 14 luncheon hosted by regional and territory AAA managers. Fred Beans Automotive Group leadership also attended.

Bucks County Towing assists Fred Beans customers across the automotive group’s CARSTAR Auto Body and Collision shops and dealership service centers in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania. In addition, Bucks County Towing answers independent and AAA calls in and around Bucks County.
