Fred Beans Ford’s Chris Gilbert Completes Ford Rising Leaders Program
Doylestown, Pa. – Ford Motor Company recently held a graduation ceremony in Michigan for participants in its Rising Leaders training program. Chris Gilbert, who has worked to grow the Mobile Service operations for Fred Beans Ford dealerships, was among the graduates. He was one of only 20 participants from across the U.S. to complete the year-long program.
Doylestown, Pa. – Fred Beans Ford of Doylestown is now a Ford Pro Top 50 Volume Dealer in back to back years, 2024 and 2025. The dealership recently accepted two plaques, one for each year.
Cynthia Dobbins, commercial business manager in the NY/Philadelphia Market for Ford Pro, participated in the award presentation and commended the Ford Doylestown team for receiving the top 50 Volume Dealer award ranking in 2024 at #18 and again in 2025, moving up in the ranks to # 6 in the nation.

for Ninth Time

Devon, Pa. - Fred Beans Volkswagen of Devon earned its ninth invitation to the prestigious Wolfsburg Crest Club, an annual recognition program that highlights the best-performing Volkswagen dealerships in the country. Only an elite group of dealerships are named to the Wolfsburg Crest Club for meeting the highest standards in sales, marketing, customer experience and facility management and presentation.
Boyertown, Pa. – Fred Beans Ford of Boyertown finished last year in the top 10% of all Ford dealerships in terms of performance and earned the 2025 President’s Award.
This is an impressive 20th President’s Award for the dealership and reflects the Ford Boyertown team’s achievements in both sales and service in automotive retailing.
​Doylestown, Pa. – The Fred Beans Automotive Group is once again offering Veterans Day discounts on automotive services, including a free oil change, to both retired and active military personnel. The offers are valid throughout the day on Tuesday, Nov. 11.
In addition to a free oil change and a filter, the Fred Beans Automotive Group is offering 20 percent off labor for automotive services up to $150. Fred Beans dealerships are also doubling the military rebate on new vehicle purchases. The rebates vary by manufacturer.
Fred Beans Parts, Inc. was recently recognized by Toyota Motor Corporation for ending 2024 as the top wholesaler of Toyota parts in the country. Fred Beans remains in the top spot for 2025 to date.
Twelve representatives from Toyota’s New York Regional office traveled to Beans’ Parts Distribution Center for a celebratory luncheon involving 160 Fred Beans team members. Fred Beans accounts for 10 percent of Toyota parts sales in the New York Region.
​Two Fred Beans CARSTAR locations - Boyertown and Mechanicsburg - have received the Pinnacle Performer Award from the Ford Certified Collision Network (FCCN). This prestigious recognition places them among the top 5% of collision repair facilities nationwide, based on rigorous on-site evaluations.
“Out of hundreds of collision centers across the U.S., only four CARSTAR locations earned this elite honor in 2025—and two are owned and operated by Fred Beans,” said Michael Coia, operations director of Fred Beans Automotive Group.
